"Useful compliance info, but not the easiest to navigate"
I used deloitte.com to look up some regulatory compliance information for work, and overall the content seemed solid and trustworthy. It’s definitely helpful once you find the right page, but getting there can take a bit of clicking around. Some sections feel broad or overly corporate, so it’s not always clear where the specific details are. Anyway, it did the job, I just wish the site was a little more straightforward and easier to use.

"Good service, even if the replies took a bit"
I used Deloitte to look up some info and reach out to their team about a business issue. the service was good, and it’s not like they didn’t know what they were doing — the people I dealt with clearly understood the topic. The only thing was that it took a little longer than I expected to hear back. That said, once they did respond, the answer was actually useful. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience, just not completely perfect.

There’s definitely some good and useful information here, and I did find what I needed eventually. I was reading through it during a coffee break, so maybe I wasn’t fully focused, but some of the pages felt kind of confusing to navigate. Overall it’s helpful, just could be a bit clearer.

"Legit, but weirdly impersonal"
Deloitte definitely gives off that “yes, this is a real giant company” vibe. The info looks polished and serious, and nothing jumped out at me like, “Run for your life, your laptop is about to explode.” So safety-wise, I wasn’t really worried.
That said, the whole thing feels super corporate, almost like you’re talking to a marble wall in a suit. I know that’s dramatic, but it really didn’t feel very personal. It’s fine and probably totally legit, but it didn’t instantly make me feel warm and fuzzy or like I knew who I was dealing with

I had a smooth time using deloitte.com. The pages loaded quickly for me, and the menus were easy enough to follow (which I always appreciate). I was able to find the reports and contact info I needed without clicking around forever, so overall it did exactly what I needed it to do

The project itself went smoothly and I didn’t have many issues getting to launch. But just a heads up for anyone considering them: the support afterward wasn’t as quick as I expected. Sometimes responses took longer than I would’ve liked, so if ongoing support is really important to you, I’d keep that in mind.

"Helpful overall, just takes its time here and there"
I started using it mostly to see if we could trim some expenses, and yeah, it actually helped with that. Not in some dramatic overnight way, more like you notice the numbers looking better after a bit and think, okay, this is working. It can be a little slow sometimes, which is annoying when you're already in the middle of five other things, but the results have been good enough that I’ve stuck with it.

The team was friendly enough, but the whole project felt a bit carelessly handled. Timelines kept moving around, updates weren’t always clear, and we had to keep chasing people just to understand what was happening. It gave the impression that things were being passed around without much ownership. For a company as big as Deloitte, I really expected the process to be much more organized

For some reason, the delivery ended up being way slower than they said it would be. They missed the deadline, and I barely got any explanation about what was going on. Frustrating overall.

I used Deloitte.com to check out their tech and consulting stuff, it was helpful!! The info seemed solid, especially the parts about cloud, risk, and all that. You can tell they know what they’re talking about... which definitely gave me some confidence. That said, a few pages felt kind of dense??? Like, I had to slow down and really scan around to find what I needed. Overall though, it was useful and professional... not perfect, but definitely good!!

They did help me out, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the follow-up wasn’t always clear, and at times it felt like nobody was really taking ownership of the next step. It’s a little ridiculous to have to keep checking in just to figure out who’s handling what. Overall, okay experience, but accountability could definitely be better.

We had been going in circles on this messy issue for weeks, and Deloitte really helped us make sense of it. The team asked the right questions and explained things in a way that didn’t feel overcomplicated. There was a bit of back and forth, but they were patient and would say things like, “Let’s narrow this down step by step” and “Here’s what we’re seeing so far,” which made the whole process feel way less stressful. In the end, they got us to a solid answer and we were really happy with the support.

We’ve used it in a few different countries now, it’s been a lifesaver every time. Super handy to have, especially when you’re traveling and need help without feeling totally stranded on the other side of the planet.

I liked the overall look and it was easy to get started, but I was disappointed with how little I could customize. I expected more control over the details, and it felt like I kept running into limits whenever I tried to make it fit what I wanted

I was hoping to get help a bit sooner, but it took a while to hear back. I ended up having to follow up twice before they finally got my question sorted out. They did resolve it in the end, but the delays were disappointing.

"Professional consultants, but a bit hit or miss"
The consultants were polite and definitely seemed to know what they were talking about. I appreciated that. But... the replies were a little slow at times, which made the whole process feel less smooth than I expected. Overall, it was an okay experience, not bad, just felt like there could’ve been a bit more follow-up.
